Traveling with kids in the Himalayan kingdom…
16 days east Bhutan – the ideal tour for families who need a slow pace and flexibility. Homestays, monasteries, artisans and local family life – this tour offers exciting encounters and activities for children and parents alike.
This cozy journey adapts to the pace of the family. There are many interesting things to see and do on the farms you will visit. The itinerary includes overnights with a lama family at their monastery. While overnights are fixed, daytime activities are flexible depending on the mood and demands of the children, – from working on the farm to bamboo weaving and pottery, we always find something interesting to do! Our local tour guides are very well prepared for families and ad-hoc activities.
Our Slow Family Travel concept offers relaxed traveling with children combined with the opportunity to get to know local families. Short walks and explorations of flora and fauna are included in the program. Depending on your travel dates a festival can be included!
