Jomolhari Trek

A superb 7-day trek that leads into fabulous scenery under the beautiful 7,316m Jomolhari peak!

Jomolhari is a superb trek that leads up a long valley into fabulous scenery under the beautiful 7,316m Jomolhari peak. It takes you over two high ridges with magnificent views, before dropping back down above another valley. You will walk through populated valleys early on and meet with yak herders on the high pastures, witnessing Bhutan’s unique culture. Explore virgin forest and marvel at soaring peaks and ancient dzongs (fortresses). Cross high passes, surrounded by splendid desolation while spotting blue sheep and deer.
